My Gifts From Heaven
7 September, 2004
Author: Terrie*
I gave away all I ever wanted and
put myself in front of the lord
I accepted what was taken away
it was a sacrafice of love presented to me
a spiritual experience brought by one angel
whom shared his love with me
I want the love of Jesus
which I know I'll always have
I am so blessed
so I must be doing something heavenly right
my best gifts
come from heaven
which do not belong to me
Five sons made of pure love went to heaven
before I could hold them in my arms
a touch of heavens love created by God, my husband and i
God saw the pain in my heart
he placed two more angels in my arms
and allowed them to stay with me
a battle I fought
not to lose either one
nor myself of a chance
to love and nurture
each one
I praise my lord for the sacrafice he made for me
I raised my kids the best way that I could
even when I was left alone
I knew Gods hand was there for me
they gave up their childhood just for me
when their father died
the sacrafice I made
could never compare
to the love
they and Jesus have sacraficed for me
