A World Gone Mad
29 September, 2004
Author: Ben Franklin
Can you hear the anger in my voice?
this anger often brings me to tears,
It often brings me to my knees with
despair,
the minority are ruining our planet,
the minority just dont care.
When are we going to learn that we dont own this planet,
we are merely the lease holders.
The young killing the young without a care in the
world,
daddy dearest molesting his little girl,
Mr mistaken an innocent man locked up in a piss smelling
cell,
what is happening to this world?
As I've learned over the years
talk is cheap,
we need to take action
become stronger to help the
weak,
But when i say action I dont mean war,
there's already enough of that
we dont need more.
Why do we still not understand that war is not the
solution,
its an illness,
its pollution,
an on going cycle that never ends,
I will truly burst into tears when the whole world
holds hands
as
friends.
