Please do not leave us
Leave us with sad temptation
Drag us in the depths
Of further innovation
Sorrowed unto only will
By loss of life too dear
Sacred are those reminisce
For their future quenched our fear
By death of so many
By losing something loved
Aiding each other with courage
From others stressing shoves
Standing together, standing tall
All for one, and one for all

Meri (172.174.238.244) -- Wednesday, October 6 2004, 09:53 pm Nice one to dedicate to the 2001 attack! I remember every gas station, every restaraunt, every school, almost every billboard or sign, had "God bless America". That was truly a terrible time. I remember it clearly. I was a sophomore, and it was on a Tuesday, around 10:50, or so, because I came home sick, from school, and I saw the news about how an airplane flew into the Pentagon, and three other planes were hijacked as well. And I saw the replay of the 1st Twin Tower, I actually saw the 2nd Twin Tower live. It was just awful. Very nice dedication to all those that lost their lives on that horrific event America will never forget. More power to you! Smiles, Your bud, Meri |
