Someday there will be that boy
the one with the broken heart,
the crooked smile,
soft voice

I'll be able to dance
in front of him,
fall for him,
love him,
and he won't care

We'll sing our favorite
life theme songs
and be out of tune,
but together

Someday we will hold hands,
take walks in life,
trip and fall together,
run and stumble

We'll hold onto each other
for eternity
and fall asleep together
on the floor

Someday we will watch the sunset
and stars come out
and i'll lay my head on his chest,
he'll hold my hand,
and never let my dreams fade

We'll paint our life stories
and remember how it use to be

Someday we'll be together
and i'll be his girl
and he will be my
everything
