The Unfortunates
14 October, 2004
Author: Ben Franklin
Me and many other families have not
eaten in months,
and all our tummys have lumps,
The only water we see
is the tears of our young dying,
its so hot out here
I feel like an egg in a big frying pan
frying,
My son was shot dead for trying to steel some
bread,
aimed
clicked
shot him in the head,
My Husband died two weeks ago
from AIDS,
I buried him with the rest
of the 5,000 or so graves,
now all I have left is my little
girl,
Ive decided to take both our lifes,
step into heaven,
instead of walking through hell.
