Lies, Lies, Lies
29 October, 2004
Author: Melissa L
A lie is a lie
Don’t cover it up
If you didn’t tell the truth
Then you messed up
Your lie could have made somebody sad
Your lie could have made somebody mad
When you tell them you’ll call
And you never do
How do you expect people to trust you
They sit there all day and wait for your call
But you decide to go to the mall
You made the person mad at you
At first you wonder what you do
But then you remember you forgot to call
And that you went shopping at the mall
