I am not an Edgar Allen Poe
And I don't wish to be a Longfellow
I let my imagination roam free and unbound
I'm just the newcomer playin' around
I do not mean to get you scared
With any of the poetry I've shared
I assure you that it is all done
In the spirit of having some poetic fun
Now, thank you for dropping in on me
to check out my crazy poetry
If you think I'm a little strange
Maybe it's because I'm slightly deranged!
