Memories
31 October, 2004
Author: Charmaine
I miss the way you looked at me,
I hate thinking just of what we could have been.
I miss those tender loving moments we shared,
How could it be that we lost them so shortly.
I miss the way you hold my hands,
The sweet words of love you whispered in my ears.
I yearn so much to be in your embrace,
And hearing you say you love me so.
I miss the laughter we once had,
The warmth I feel when I’m with you.
I long for the security I once possessed,
And all the happiness that I might have had.
The times we spent were short but unforgettable,
Memories of us still lives on in my heart.
I try my best to move on with my life,
But truth is I’m still very much in love with you.
