The last summer day
has come and gone
Winter's on the way
no, no it won't be long
Now dead Autumn leaves
are drifting to the ground
But these memories
will still be all around

Even my friend the moon
appears to be covered in ice

Where my Baby's gone
well, I guess God knows
She's been gone so long
and doing fine I suppose
Now I wish I could say
say that I'm okay too
But it's just not that way

Some think it's sunny and warm year round in California. I'll tell you the truth, it's cold in California tonight. I'm ready to put on my thermals, snow boots, and parka. Then I'll hitch up the sled dogs and mush 'em for Tahiti, kids! I'll try not to run over any penguins along the way!

Ben, so cold the only thing keeping me warm...
is my heart....melted this heart on me...ah man Ben... ya gave it away , now they know that my tan comes from a tube..LOL
ya better believe it gets mighty cold in Cali..especially when we get snow in the mountains...your guaranteed a fresh frozen orange straight from the tree all ya need is a straw...

don't forget 'bout your friend here when you head to Tahiti...we better sneak out late into the night...(great poem , Luv)

Terrie*, it got so cold the marrow in my bones..
Terrie*, it got so cold the marrow in my bones felt like one of those slushy things from 7-11. I admit it, I will start whining and thinking about Tahiti when the temperature drops like it did here the other night. Thank you very much for your encouraging comment on this one, girlfriend.
