Wonderland

Gaze into the looking glass
Tell me what you see
How long does your future last?
Till no longer with me
Through the darkened seas of foam
The cheshire's grin untold
On the checkered road you roam
Does the Wonderland unfold
Follow the rabbit through the fray
Amidst of dark forestry
His silent whispers echo, "This way!"
Bright eyes smirk coyly
The Mad Hatter's laugh be grim and insane
The rabbit dare look at watch
The embers of Wonderland riding inane
Clock's ticking, changing a notch
Thorns and red roses level in snare
The moon so still; trees in loom
Tea party interrupted by Red Queen; unfair
As you race to seal your doom

One year older, one year wiser. Quite the contrary, Alice had gone through my looking glass of twisted imagination, when Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee had gone mad. :D I love Alice In Wonderland and have seen/read anything having to do with it!
