All Alone On Platform 6
3 November, 2004
Author: Ben Franklin
Here I am again on
platform 6,
ushering people to there destination,
Wife's at home with the kids.
People demanding information,
no more polite conversation,
just a fast paced nation.
Manager is always on my back,
telling me......
'Ben people skills you lack,
if you carry on with this behaviour
you will end up getting the sack'.
I dont go to work to be insulted,
now I see why the slaves revolted.
Thousands of different people pass through these gates
each day,
women
men
black
white
gay,
but I still feel invisible to the world,
someone please build me a bridge,
because Im all alone on platform
6
