The Sadness Grows
11 November, 2004
Author: Tammy
The sadness grows inside me
turning itself a dirty grey.
It pierces deep inside my
soul... stabbing it's fiery
pain into my bones.
Seeking to destroy my heart,
and posses my weary mind.
Reaching in: Pulling all my
emotions out, and throwing them
into a battle of confusion.
My own tears drown me... While
i'm sinking in this deep
sadness... That's soaking up
my very soul.
My thoughts have become scattered,
lost, and now left behind.
