Puppetry Of Envy

This looks interesting
A single symmetry
Twined together
By the strings attached to me
Single line of humiliation
Destined under sea
Somehow bound together
By the strings attached to me
Siren's voice is calling
Listen to her breath
Follow her down
Into the pillar of your death
------- Author's Notes -------
This is the beginning of a new song I've decided to compose, the very first with my own melody to go with a piano song I have created. I'm not done yet, just the two first verses and the bridge, but I'm proud of it so far. It explains a tale of a person entwined by strings, like a puppet, bound by happiness and abuse. As well, everything she sees around her to be more than what she owns. |
