I Walk With You
29 November, 2004
author: Rebecca Ditch-Hammack (aka Dreamer)
My tears are reserved for the darkness
A time when no one can see
They are for all the happy memories
Of all the time you spent with me
I will miss you always
Thankful for the time we had
And all the happy moments shared
For these memories, I am glad
You taught me so much in life
Things that are with me still
The love that I hold for you in my heart
It's a place no one else will ever fill
Even though I will miss seeing your face
In my heart your love is still true
In every path I walk through life
I know, I will walk it with you
------- Author's Notes -------
I will always miss my dad. But he is a part of who I am and is with me always .. for this I am thank-ful |
