Ssssnake!

Author: Capricorn
That legless creature, in the night
Perhaps intends to give a fright
For he is just a shy creature
And rather private in his nature
Although he pounces on his prey
In a most aggressive way
He will not hurt, unless you scare
So don't go near, from distance stare
His beauty's there for you to see
But don't intrude, let him be free
Marvel at his legless beauty
For to him you have a duty
From extinction let him be
But leave alone, in privacy
