My Beautiful Dream
15 December, 2004
Author: Tammy
Last night I had a beautiful dream.
The sky was smiling down on me.
The stars twinkled, they shined so bright.
Then heaven opened with a glorious light.
There he stood right before my eyes.
He came back to me, and I began to cry.
But the tears were not of sorrow,
they were of pure joy.
Because now he was with us again...
Me, and our little boy.
Now he could be with us, a family
like we had planned.
Long walks on the beach... watching
him, and Jordan building
castles in the sand.
All the things we wanted to do...
was now finally going to come true.
Then I saw the look in his sad eyes,
he only came back to say goodbye.
So much pain filled my heart,
I knew he couldn't stay.
I gently kissed his soft sweet lips
before he turned away.
He looked back, and said: give
my son my love, tell him his daddy
is watching him closely from above.

Your dream must've been refreshing, anytime you dreamt of something as pleasant as you've written! It's a sad thing to know, that we can't live forever you know. You, and I'm sure Jordan, would be proud to see him again! Tu poema era fantastico! (Your poem was fantastic) Humph! Me and my bad spanish! Take care, and I hope your day was brightened! Smiley face, Meri |
