Playground Rules
16 December, 2004
Author: Ben Franklin
What has happened to our school system,
teachers not wanting to teach,
the kids used to be at arms length
now their so far out of reach.
The playground has now become a fortress,
cctv watching our every move,
I wouldnt be surprised if we have guards with guns soon.
Being searched as soon as we walk in,
invading our privacy,
I nothing offensive but in the past 2years
two people have died you see.
When did it get to the point where you didnt
know if you would come home dead or alive from school?
times have changed,
these are our new playground rules.

Meridian (64.12.116.197) -- Thursday, December 16 2004, 02:38 am Hello my good fellow! What's happening in your neck of woods? Cool poem! Yeah, it's a shame, why some strangers make it harder for the school board, the school itself, and the kids that attend it. Authoritative words! Smiley face, Meri |
