Nothing in my world seems the same right now
with you now gone from this place.
Honey I really miss you,
your laughter, your smile, your face.
I think about you everyday and miss you oh so much.
It's so very hard on me not being in close touch.
When I'm asleep, you're awake,
our first year shouldn't be this way.
It's you I want by my side at night
in bed at the end of each day.
The time seems to go by so slowly,
it's hard with you so far away.
My heart and my life won't be the same
until your home to stay.
I miss you and love you so much,
come home soon.
