Within Me by Angel On The Edge

Beyond what you can see
There’s just a little girl inside of me.
Looking and hoping to find
Herself in this world.
It’s like being in lost, lost in the sea.
All the answers are locked in a box
I've lost the key.
The key to happiness, love and the real me.

I have to many insecurities
But of course you would not know
Because you can not see
Behind this smile
When you look at me.

So next time
Please don’t judge
Tread carefully
Just cause i'm smiling
Look deeper
Deeper into my eyes
Then maybe you will see
That little girl crying within me.
