No One Notices, Speak Up
6 January, 2005
Author: The Lost Girl
Walking around, day by day,
Cuts bright as roses, on my arms -
there they lay.
They scream for attention,
for one passing glance
but no one notices,
Why would I take that chance?
Take my own life?
I'm just not that one girl,
who hates her life enough
to give death a whirl.
I'm 15 years old,
they say I should be happy.
Well, someone speak up -
then one day I might be.
