love always finds a way
to bring two hearts together

look at me now

I fought and I pushed love away

my new love knew he could fulfil my heart
I was so afraid to replace
the only man that I loved

look at my tears

the man that stood by me for almost 13 years
7 days short of 13 years
the father of both our kids
the man that saw the best and worst of me
until he died
and took with him a big part of my heart

look what I did

for another almost 13 years of my life
while my children were still very young
I gave up my social life
and commited to being a fulltime mom
and serving my Lord
cause I really needed hiim to remain close
as I became such a fragile rose
I became so lost and alone

look at me today

upon the end of the 12th year
4 months short of being 13 years
God placed another Angel at my side
he must have been the reason
why God allowed me to remain a single mom
he had to make sure I was sincere
before he gave me his best...
my new love saw me as a challenge,
and said give her heart to me...

look at me inside

I'm a tough case to handle
I'm like a burning candle
I melt from solid to liquid
I'm a pillar
I'm strong yet I'm weak
I'm lethal I stole his heart
my soul melts with the heat of his love

look at me smile

I never thought
I could ever be reborn
in another sense by way of my heart
during that period of my life
God remained my husband
and took care of all of our needs
if you ever find yourself alone
and not quite sure what to do
have faith,be patient
and beyond measure
God will bring you a treasure
don't be in a hurry or be in a haste
for all may fade away and go to waste

keep in mind
God always knows what to do
enjoy your children while they are small
upon the best mate for you God will call
whether you need him now or later in life
God will make it possible
for you to get through the storm

look at me shout with praise

although each life dffers in so many ways
I am more mature
and a bit wiser so I'd like to think
I just thought I'd share mine with you
as you see he got me through
never abandoned me the whole time
I can get testy
believe me temptation will play games with you
God will rescue you if your heart is true

look at me now...

as my heart beats inside of his

he blessed
me
all over again...

i'm glad you understand...as we all have a purpose, sometimes it takes us , well at least me awile to make that connection and understand lifes purpose...i'm so glad God was able to reach me...in my storm..otherwise i would of never been open to recieve the blessing he placed in my life today...
