It's Hard To Write This
15 January, 2005

It's easy to wrtie
about some deadly fight,
or how I'm hurting
and have a problem with cutting,
but to write about my feelings for you,
would be something almost impossible to do.
If you knew that your laughter brightened my day,
I'm scared that you'd leave me and run away.
How would you feel if you only knew,
that I'm only still alive because of you.

Sometimes the hardest things to write about are those that really need to be written.

takes courage to really say what you feel. but if "they leave ... and run away" just lets you know either they arnt ready or not the "one" per say. its always good to let things out. not all obviously, we all need our own little dark secrects. :) good poem.

I love the last two lines.. I just absolutely love them. And I love this poem. Keep it up. :)

..

This poem kind of reminds me of me.. Especially those last two lines. Every day, my world gets darker, but all I have to do is think of one person and the sun is let back in.
