The day you were born I knew my life would never be the same.
Remembering when I first saw you and giving you your name.
Knowing that you were surely a gift from the Lord God above.
Feelings so tremendous, engulfed by your love.
Looking into your little face and you also looking at me.
I felt the love between us, my daughter, Tina Marie.
My life has been enriched and so blessed because of you.
Being your mother Tina is all I have ever wanted to do.
And as you have grown over all of these years.
So many accomplishments you've had, in proudness, my tears.
You'll always be my baby, my little girl, and in my heart.
You're everything I've ever wanted, you have been since the start.

I am sitting here listing to aaliyah's song I care for you and ran right pass this poem and it seems touching because I have a daughter that i feel the same way about and she's not dead but she isen't with me at the same time so when i read your poem and listen to this song its touching and i cry .good poem
