Aimee, you are so special
You are a part of me
Without you I am incomplete
You are the best friend there could be
You listen when I’m down
Cheer me up when I need it
You know when to comfort me
And know when I’d resent it
You celebrate my successes
You are proud of me, happy for me
You keep me down to earth
You don’t let me get too crazy
You can have fun,
And you know when to stop
When to go nuts with me
And when it’s enough
You are truly amazing
Incredible, and astounding
You are a remarkable person
I find you so astonishing
I don’t know what I would do without you
Because of you I have changed
You have made a mark on me,
You have affected me in so many ways
You are the most wonderful friend
You mean the world to me
I don’t ever want this to change
Without you I’m not even me.

i wrote this poem for my best friend Aimee H (bubz) who also submits poems to this site. i love you bubz, you are the greatest...u mean the world to me (and you are an incredible writer 2 hehe) mwah. lots of love |
