I am the light that shines so you can watch,
Every time you wish into my joy-filled soul,
I am the love that loves, so you can keep,
That heart that once was mine and that you stole.

I am the wind that blows so you can fly,
Into my longing arms at the end of each day,
I am the embrace that holds so you can’t leave,
Or to another lover, run away,

I am the life that lives so you may live,
Yet if you don’t live I’m not alive,
And if our hearts shall one day part,
Neither of them, nor us will dare survive.

beautifully expressed....but ..then i am not surprised..... you pull us in everytime....i feel the strength in these words...all your work expresses your true self of the heart..beautifully painted.....love your words...

dance
it was a dance with words. such rythme. the flow to it.. one really needs to know how to read it so it can just flow right. to tell you the truth.. i just read it, then i saw how it was worded and i read it again. this time adding a sort of 'bounce' to it.. like a dance. and it sonded lovely. a little tune would really sound nice here with it.
