Hazel Eyes Of Savor

Author: Fallen_Angel
A pale face
of a helpless boy
lays in a flipped car up side down
He's down to his last breath
two feet from falling into the arms of death
Tied down to the rail road tracks
of existence
and gods faithful train is coming quickly
gas dripping,blood seeping,
as he lays there in gods grace
you can see it in his face
the begging, pleaing, praying to god for safety
ashes to ashes,life to death
Let death fall on thee
like sand upon the beach
bleaching their heart of belief
the smell of burning flesh
stains the stale air of the little boys last breaths
Mommy lays next to him dead
steering wheel dented upon her head
Hello god,he's crying out loud
begging for your belief
he's falling, clinging too the cliff of destiny.
his fingers holding on so tightly they're bleeding,
and his lungs are two seconds from collapsing.
fragments of broken metal
from the car
suppressed
upon the little boys chest
the look of a dying wish
for forgiveness
cries out from his light blue eyes
the cuts mean nothing
as the spectators flee
the sirens ringing
ambulance speeding
will they make it?
Maybe just on time
maybe late
But maybe cant give his heart another beat
and maybe cant give his lungs one more breath to breathe
Dear Jesus, the silver lining is fading as he lays inside
the light is fading he's slipping
The pain is fading
as his corpse becomes numb
and the light is close to being gone
A shaking hand reaches into the window
a voice of peace whispers gently
like a light that fly's threw the darkness of the night
like a falling star
it whispers"its okay,my darling.Hold in there,my dear."
her dark brown hair rested on her shoulders
stare into her eyes and you could see the world,
look upon life in the perfect perception
by the touch of her pale skin
"But mother,I thought you died."
whispering"shh love," into the night."It's going to be alright."
Awakened upon a hospital bed
broken bones and deep cuts engraved on his skull
and his mothers necklace in hand
she lays in the bed next to him
her skin remains only as burned blisters
Eyes wide open with a look of fright
with the look in her painful face looked as if she held an eternity of self disgrace.
A nurses voice spoken to quietly for the little boy to hear
she kindly spoke"fallow me in here sir"
a young man appeared next to her
shaken and stirred
with bandages wrapping his arms
the little boy gazed into his hazel eyes,
when the nurse said."I'm really sorry to say,but your mother died, but I'd like you to meet the man that saved your life"

Meridian (172.158.102.119) -- Wednesday, January 26 2005, 11:15 pm Hey Mallisa! I'm very sorry about what happened to your boyfriend, and his mother. Your b/f's mother and the man, were very courageous, and I consider them heroes. Even though the ending is bittersweet, because his mother died, I'm glad there were no other deaths. Take care Mallisa! Smiley face, Meri |
