When you realize you decided wrong
You picked the wrong person

Can there ever be a time
When you tell me how you feel
Share with me your secrets
Make a Dreamland real.
Can you promise me your heart
Is it something I can trust
Tell me you look to the soul
Instead of chasing after lust.
Is it you that can comfort me
Pick me up when I am down
Can I look to you for guidance
Make me smile when I frown.
Can I trust that you won’t hurt me
Won’t brake my heart in two
Be there to hug and kiss me
When all I feel is blue.
I know that I'm not perfect
But everyone deserves praise
Love me for I who am
Unique in all my ways.
Take me with you on adventures
As you discover who you are
I want to help you reach your dreams
When they seem too far.
Just look into my eyes
Tell me what you see
Accept me for who I am
Because I love just being me.

Leah06 , this won't be the first and definently not the last that you will hear such praise on your work., so much beauty in every line.. ...as you may have heard as it iw=s very well known ...great relationships start out, when one is true to self first loving who they are...then like magic a magnetic force from a hiugher power brings the missin' link the greatest part of one's soul as well as the flesh.... keeps 2 hearts alive beatin' and breathin'...so much beauty yes indeed........thank you for sharin' the most sensitive part of your heart...
