Got her call at work, deep into a meeting, that meant a lot, to me
Sweetheart, the commodes are over-flowing, and the sink, won’t drain
I need some help, the plumber is on his way, but, I need some help
Can you return, a call to me, I am beside myself, I need you!

I thought, when, I heard her call, the way I was, before,
Before, I ever saw her smile. I was so down, that the Sun
Rose, up-side down, and the rain, went up, not down
Now, I get this call from her, and “SHE” needs my help?

I said, gentleman, just received a call from my wife,
This, is an emergency, the commodes are over flowing
She has called for my help, she was there for me, and
Though you may think, this is a small thing, I’ll be there for her

As I said, this meeting is adjourned, they looked at me and said…,
Do you know, the out come of this meeting, how much it is worth?
I replied, yes, I do, but not as much, as when she calls for my help
You see, gentleman, some years back, I was heading straight for hell

Then, this lady, now, my wife, turned me around, why else, would you be here
So, you want to work a deal, here is the best at this time, I have to offer you
When she calls, answer her needs, for as you know, as meetings go
We, can meet again, but, when she calls, she needs you now!

As the conference room began to clear, one account, walked up to me
Tell me when, you want to meet again, I’ll be here, like you, my wife
Saved me from hell and I understand, you love your wife, as I do
To make it short, I went home, the plumbing was fixed and then…,

She came to me, in her night gown and said, thank you sweetheart
I was beside myself, when I called, and you came to me, I love, you so,
Now, come and lay, beside my love for you, not many men would do
What you have done, with a meeting going on, I love you!

My heart, went to her and as I touched silk, I said, Remember when
You first met me, and I was so lonely, you said, I’m not, just another girl
What I see, and feel inside, will be for the rest of my life, if, you love me.
