who would of known
that you and I
would someday come to be
you and me

who would of thought
that you
would fall in love
with someone like me

when you came into my life
you brought every poem
you brought every song
you brought my heart to life

many months have come and gone by
many days have past us by
our love still survives

every bright sunny sky
every storm in the shadows
are what kept us content and alive
for each other we were strong
we extended our hand
we reached real deep
to the sky
we reached into a cloud
to touch a rainbow
we reached up so high
to touch the storm
we reached further in sooo sooo deep
that we touched the strong hand of God

for one another the over cast had nothing on us
God taught us how to survive
with our undying love
for him and for
us
