This Angel.. Is My Friend...

a friend
so hard to find
a friend
is but a one of a kind
I found this friend
that many have also found
in our lives
until we move on
with a heart so true
with a heart so meek
no other like this Angel
so divine
a voice of an angel
are the words that speak
and guide you gently to sleep
when you close your eyes at night
focus on this Angel
that I speak of
summon this Angel
to pray by your side
this Angel the friend I have found
will always be there to extend a hand
and with a smile so sweet
will bring your answered prayers
to your heart
when they are complete

as i was goin' through all the poetry that i have written since i was 8..i started thinking of a a poem i wrote for a friend whom has been my best bud since the dinasours not really...but from long ago..and i started thinking of one special friend i just meet..kind of like having a younger sibling or another child of mine..to talk to..someone i really trust..this ones for you my friend... |
