Unchanged
11 December, 2003
Author: Charmaine
Baby, I love you, I swear to you.
And never have I ever stopped loving you.
My love for you will never end,
It never lessened, it only deepened.
Though you have hurt me in countless ways,
I never blamed you, I never did at all.
All I want is for you to come back,
Back to my arms saying you love me too.
Come back to me, my darling, my dear.
All I want is you to be at my side.
Holding me near and loving me again,
I’ll do anything just to have you back.
Though seven months have passed,
And you’ve indeed changed a lot.
I’m still the same, unchanged,
The same girl loving you.
Waiting patiently for the day you’ll return,
Hoping that my wait will pay off someday.
The times and memories spent together still linger,
Engraved and etched so deeply in my heart.
Never will I forget everything we ever had,
The memories will be kept alive forever in my heart.
And till the day that you come back to me,
I’ll endure the pain and swallow back the tears.
