Thought and emotion
All in my control
Love, hate
At the mercy of my hand
Poetry the written verse of feeling
Life, death
Your decision
You pick and chose your words
A poem;
Always at your command
Your wish
Is your hand and minds
Demand
To do what you've planned
Poems
Life’s essence in words
Scribble it down on paper
Read it to the world
Of hide it away in a journal
Poetry at your command
Your hand
Waiting, wanting
A command
