Life, is an ever-changing process,
Where we meet tons of people,
Who'll help and guide us along our ways.
You came along and befriended me,
And very soon after, we fell in love.

Though sweet and lovely were the times we had,
They ended much too soon, to my dismay.
I suddenly felt like the world had crashed down,
And there was nothing I could do but to cry.

I felt this horrible ache inside of me,
Just like my heart had broken into a gazillion pieces.
The pain shuddered through my entire body and soul,
And I just couldn't shake it all away.

The memories plague my dreams at night,
Like a nightmare that wouldn't go away.
And each and every morning, I'll wake up in tears,
With a heavy heart and a feeling of total heartache.

Time has passed and it doesn't hurt so,
But I still miss you so terribly much.
But I made a decision to let you go,
And thus I shall carry on loving you.silently.
