Image Of The Past
14 February, 2005

I wake up screaming, sweat
running down my face.
My heart pounding in my chest.
Visions of the past flashing
before my eyes.
I relive every detail, it
is etched in my mind.
Fear runs through me, as
I lay here unable to move.
These nightmares haunt me
creeping up... taking advantage
like so long ago.
My eyes are burned with the
image of the past...
eating at my soul.

Hey Tammy! Image of the Past, must be like that 1969 movie, entitled "Night Gallery". Where an image, or a painting, was supposedly alive! Hahaha... I hope there's a sequel to this, because it's an interesting read! You ended it too soon! LOL! Thriller words Tammy!
