Let It End
20 February, 2005
Author: Keith
Life can pick you up
Just to let you down
Everyone else turns their back
Like they want you to drown
You search for something
But you can never find
You try to hold onto something
But it’s hard when you’re blind
You can never escape
You can never break free
Reality has got you
Life was never meant to be
Time is your worst enemy
All you want is peace
Voices keep screaming
You want them to cease
Life stands still
Breathing becomes hard
The knife seems to shine
Your wrists are all scarred
Slowly you drag it
Across the pain inside
It keeps bleeding
Soon the pain will subside
Dazed in a world of nothing
Feeling, lost to pain
Heart, beating death
Watching the sky rain
