I saw you with her and my heart was torn in two
It almost seemed impossible that I was losing you
You did me wrong but still I took you back
Now its not girls, but LOVE that you lack
Everynight from crying out tears my eyes would burn
Now its a different day and its funny how the tables turn..
I told you I loved you and that it would NEVER change
But little did you know I would turn away and tell HIM the same
I told you I was true and that I unlike you, I would never do you wrong
I said I promised you "FOREVER" and that our relationship would last for VERY LONG
No one could tell you other wise no matter how close they were to you
You said that I had promised and that everything I said I would do
Every night that you needed someone it was me you would call
I said things to calm your heart but the funny thing was that you believed it all!
