Numb

Thank you for hurting me because I no longer feel
This pain I felt because of you was far too real
A person thought to be kind, a person thought to care
This was all a lie because you were never there
Floor stained with blood, cheeks stained with tears
You never even took the time to try and chase away the fears
How could a mother be so blind, how could a mother be so dumb
Yet, I thank you mom, this pain has made my heart Numb.
------- Author's Notes -------
another sad, yet true story... its sucks to be in the state of depression. |
