Walking Tall

Walking tall
Striving to survive
There is no way it will revive
The life that I had
I wouldn’t call it bad
My family helped me through
Even when I bit more than I could chew
Don’t fear for me
You’ve made me happier than I though I could be
I love you all
But it’s my time to walk tall
These are the words I would be saying
Instead I am in heaven praying
All of those that didn’t get a chance to say good bye
I know you love me and I love you
But there was nothing more you could do
I’m sorry I had to leave
And there is no reason to grieve
Because I love you all
And it’s my turn to walk tall
