Only now I’ve heard your lies
can i now say my last goodbyes
I love you i hate you
whatever makes sense

you told your lies
i told my truth
now we are apart
can we have a truce?

You were in my life
for more than a year
i don’t want you back
that would be too severe

I told you once
you were the love of my life
that was total bullshit
as I rode a different path

You left me alone
as I sat in tears
how cruel can you be
as you knew my fears

As this poem comes to a close
i just want to say
that you meant so much to me
and you gave that up
so don’t come back with any hope.
