My Lost Love

Oh how I'm longing for your love again.
Before we parted in our seperate ways we said "I love you".
Now I'm trying to be with you, my love, my heart.
Unable to think, to be happy, or sane.
Your love was rare, infact unexplainable.
For once in my life I was happy.
I actually felt good about myself.
But now it seems like you vanished from the face of the earth.
You were my Papi and I your Mami.
How can I actually carry on?
Tell me, tell me how...?
When you were the only one that made me happy.
When you made me feel like you wouldn't hurt me.
I wanted you as my husband and I as your wife.
Like in the fairy tales "we'll live happily ever after".
But at this moment it's not true.
You're gone without a word, not even a goodbye.
I hope your life is happier without me by your side.
