Thunderstorm Of Love In My Heart...
30 March, 2005
Author: Terrie*
when I saw you pull into our driveway
in your Harley late last night
it brought back a memory
that I cherish so much
it reminded me of the time
we took a spin
on a day
that rain started pouring
down upon our flesh
you and I parked at the lake
under the falling rain
we were like two teenagers
getting into mischief
by staying out so late
we snuggled up
and glanced at the rain
as we tried to catch
many raindrops in our mouth
we were there all alone
just you and I
two rebels out to paint the night with love
we were drenched
but that didn't matter to us
you took me in your arms
as the rain falling upon me turned you on
you placed me up against a tree
as it was only you and me
as you watched the rain drops
shower all over me
such a romantic night
for you and I
you carried me to a nearby boulder
which I called a rock
we made love
as the rain kept pouring down
upon our flesh
together we exploded with love
each time we heard and felt
the thunder
and saw lightening flash
as if to take a picture
of a love memory for us to share
with those whom wouldn't dare
as only you and I will ever do
i am not ashamed
in a heartbeat and a flash
I would do it all over again
and share that moment with you
in the presence of God
because
I love you!
