Blame Is To Much To Take
3 April, 2005
Author: Shan
Life is more than words can say
Tonight, it's more than she can take
She fights the worries and the blame
of past mistakes that blind her faith
To me and you, we think she's healing
But to her, it's all the same
Noone hears the hell she's hearing
Piercing through her brain
She's never thought of sharing
all that's caught up in her head
Because no love's caring enough
to comfort the unsaid
As we stare unaware, she continues fearing
everything that is not there to us;
all the thoughts that she is clearing
If we just only knew how dangerous
We know not what she's feeling
nor what she's been through
We just assume, from her smiles
that her appearance is the truth
The past she can not change
is not the place where the problem lays
It's the weight of grueling blame
that she just can't escape
She's done this to herself
made a reality of her own
She doesn't need help
just to release what's on her soul
She just needs to come to peace
Seize the moment and let it go
Now that I've scattered my brain
carelessly apon this page
Maybe today will be the day
I can push passed my raging pain
And as I write, it slowly goes away
Sighting every word that's just to much to say
Letting go of my worries and all the self blame
I take my second line back,
Life is never to much to take
