Time

When young we think we have so much time.
Reuniting with people we think oh there is lots of
TIME.
As we get older we realize we are running out of
TIME.
TIME is our friend when we aere young.
As we get older our enemy is TIME.

Martin Vann (63.25.161.253) -- Tuesday, April 5 2005, 02:34 pm Barb, Excellent poem. When we are young, we play like little pups, we chase little kittens, until we catch one. Then suddenly, we began to take to heart, all the wisdom we have learned. As I look into the mirror, I see some wisdom has reached my face, but, you know what? I'm still as playfull as a pup! MV |
Capricorn (82.36.129.85) -- Tuesday, April 5 2005, 04:33 pm I can really relate to your poem Barb. As you grow older time seems to go so quickly -- not enough time to do evrything you want to. Very good work. |
