Wingless Stranger

The mirror reflects a stranger
Wings clipped to the bone
and my lack of emotions in need
for humanity
Lives in the worthless breaths my lungs breathe
Barely human with the lies
that live in my skin
Hallucinations in my mind
they're calling me again
Let me lock the door to the closet
Burying my self in its corner
I'm a monster yet I'm innocent I swear
Filthy are my bones
my words hazards
best to be unheard
My eyes the window to self conflict
I don't cry they are the blood my mind bleeds
As I verbally beat me
My unworthy personality
I wore your love as a necklace
shouldn't I have known?
It'd slice into my pathetic skin
choking to quietly
for some one to hear me
Dare I ask for savor?
For I'm not worthy for your comfort
I don't want your love
don't need your pity
For my imaginary lover
and split personality
are the only ones
who love me
