Wonderment Of Life
5 April, 2005
author: Rebecca Ditch-Hammack (aka Dreamer)
Every day I sit in wonderment of the world around me
How each life intertwines with another
How such a small difference to one,
Can be so big a difference to another
And how each smile brightens the world
So many little things people take for granted
Wondering where the miracles are,
When they turn their backs to them each day
It's the little things no one sees
The ones no one recognizes
Until it is in afterthought
It is so amazing to me how it all fits together
This great puzzle of a life
Each day to the next, and to the one before
But never, until life is complete do we really see
The beautiful picture spread before
For then we sit looking back and say Ah!
