friendships are a bondage
never a tiring one
one never gives second thoughts to
friendships that are sincere

friendships are the bridges
that connect many souls
as you share your darkest
to one that you admire respect & adore

friendships in our world
are sometimes difficult to find
holding on to a rare friendship
is one that we face
and pray that it holds up against time

friendships are the core
to facing the many battles that come our way
offering a jesture of concern
attached with a hand reach out in the end

friendships are ships
that all angels sail upon
friendships are the best anchor on board

friendship is the best gift
anyone can receive
with no questions asked
we always strive to give the best of oneself
