Christians

A Christian is like an athlete
Running the defense for God
Carrying the sprinter's torch
Passing the love of God on
To those who are lost
To those who stand in the middle of the field
To those whose hurdles are to great to jump alone
We pick the fallen up and help them dust off
We fever pitch to everyone whether they chose to swing or not
We Christians
We are athletes
Playing on God's winning team
