Once Upon An Existence by RubyDragon

There was a time, when I was,
when I was happy and meant to be,
that was long, long ago
but now it's an illusion, no-one can see,
all this madness over one person
still love burns me with it's curse,

I still am not sure what's real anymore
forever, it seems like forever anyway,
that I have constantly lived this lie
this fictitious charade, each day,
all because I want someone so much
a beauty of my dreams I cannot touch,

Every minute I see her face
every second I feel her in my soul,
I know this will never become anything
yet she fills this empty hole,
each hour gets harder to handle
once again burnt by loves candle,

I'm lost again, why do I do this?
When I know the truth, I still continue,
to fall before I trip, and painfully land
always bound by colour of blue,
nothing will ever happen between us two
if it does, I will be happier for real and it's true,

No more tears and false emotions,
this fake life has to end!!

i know what cha' mean...i share hearts pain on those very same feelin's reguarding a heart...that seems so far and beyond my reach...but i continue w/my Faith...and wait....
