Still Here..

It's over now,
Its all finished.
Oh wait a minute,
The pain hasn't diminished.
The tears are still there,
Buried behind my eyes.
The pain lurks under
The dark troubled skies.
I wish I were gone.
I wish I were dead
I wish I were somewhere
My fire of hurt could not be fed.
Why won't these feelings
Just leave me alone?
Causing grief and anger,
What else can be done?
I feel as if I'm falling
Everytime I take a step.
A want to reach the abyss of Death
And take my final leap.
