How Much I Care
12 April, 2005
Author: Charmaine
I care for you,
That much I do.
I want to tell you,
But I’m too afraid.
My pride, my ego,
My fear of rejection.
This constant denial,
It’s such a chore.
I try to forget,
I try to not care.
But it never works,
And I always fail.
So I carry on waiting,
Till I muster the courage.
To tell you how I feel,
And how much I love you.
